This is a full-time position; Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM!

This is a salaried position at $36,000 / year

• Applicants must reside in Texas or Oklahoma!   Responsibilities Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
• Help candidates understand how to complete the application process and encourage them to do so quickly
• Screen applicants and present the best quality and fit to our clients
• Schedule interviews with candidates on client behalf
• Communicate comfortably with clients as needed
• Communicate comfortably with candidates via e-mail and text message and calls with provided online tools
