At Interior Elements, our operations managers work directly with the design team and install partners to ensure every aspect of an installation is performed to the IE standard and expectation. Operations managers are responsible for overseeing the logistics of an install while providing exceptional service and continuous communication to the client throughout the entire process. IE is seeking eager individuals with the drive to serve others and a problem-solving mindset to join their operations team. At IE, we believe that the quality of our work and installation is just as important as the market development and the design phase of our work.

An ability to travel, with some overnight travel is required. Project management, transportation logistics and furniture knowledge preferred, but not required. Construction knowledge also a plus.
