Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Oversee care and treatment protocols, lead patient assessments, customize care plans, and address patient inquiries to ensure outstanding care.
• Forge meaningful connections with patients and families, understanding their individual needs to support their recovery.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure coordinated care and provide direct support when required.
• Act as a resource for fellow staff members, assisting with complex patient scenarios.
• Honor and celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• Preferred experience of one year in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
