SCOPE OF POSITION : Working under the direction of our Deli Manager, assists manager with day-to-day department and staff coordination, direction, follow through and customer relations functions. This is a hands on position with the bulk of time spend on performing the varied duties and responsibilities of any and all Deli Associate job functions within the department.

• ?BASIC FUNCTION : To ensure effective and efficient day to day deli shift operations, staff utilization and motivation. Perform Deli Associate functions as warranted, as well as higher level duties assigned by Deli Manager / Assistant Manager.

Position Specific Requirements :

EQUIPMENT / TOOLS OPERATED : Slicer, hot case, ovens, knives, rotisserie scale, fryer.
