Carabetta Property Management is looking to hire a licensed Plumber to work throughout their properties in CT!

Hours : 1st shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed, On-call in rotation

Pay : Depends on Experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team on various projects. This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial plumbing systems, ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards.

The responsibilities of the Plumber are :

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing issues.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and construction site personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required for various plumbing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
