What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at financial institution locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances. Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management. Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Monitor facility access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate. Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
