Job description
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize internal business processes across departments such as Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support.
Identify automation opportunities and lead the discovery and design of technical solutions using tools like RPA, APIs, scripting, or low-code / no-code platforms.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers
Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.
Evaluate existing systems and tools for scalability, integration capability, and fit-for-purpose within our process automation roadmap.
Partner with development and IT teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of automation and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or systems analyst role.
Understanding of API integrations, data models, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferred.
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira
Communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
Telecom or technology industry experience, especially in operations or systems transformation.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or RPA platform certification.
