Job descriptionA competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive Health / Dental / Vision Insurance that is affordable paid holidays : personal days based on company policy 401k with an Employer match A fun, fast-paced culture with company events and professional growth opportunities Constructs, maintains, and tests electric servo motor systems and components Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test, modify and repair electric servo motor units Ensures systems and components meet established specifications May be required to perform field service duties Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Other duties as assigned Technical Degree or certifications in fields such as Electric motor repair, Industrial controls and PLCs desired Minimum of 3 years of relevant servo motor repair work experience in a similar role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in the testing and repair of mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, electronic accessories, computer systems and electronic components Attention to detail and excellent communication skills; written and verbal Ability to use a computer (windows environment) Ability to work in a group as well as independently In depth experience in troubleshooting and servicing a variety of production equipment with an emphasis on electric servo system equipment A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and equipment Knowledge of the NEC standards regarding installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Driver’s License OSHA 10 or higher Willingness to travel 100% Willingness to keep up with industry developments and advancement
