We are seeking a seasoned Director of Internal Communications to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the Americas region. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing colleague communications and engagement strategies that align with Oliver Wyman's business goals and culture. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience working closely with senior executives, with a proven ability to influence, communicate, and embed organizational values deeply across a complex and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic advisory : Partner with Americas regional leadership and practice heads to develop and implement comprehensive colleague communication and engagement strategies.
• Communication strategy and leadership : Develop strategic internal communications approaches and oversee clear, compelling, and consistent communication of key messages.
• Colleague experience : Lead initiatives to enhance the colleague experience, ensuring engagement efforts are meaningful and aligned with business outcomes.
• Values embedding : Drive programs and communications that embed Oliver Wyman's core values into everyday behaviors.
• Change management : Support leaders in managing change effectively.
• Measurement & insights : Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess engagement levels.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Human Capital, People Experience, and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging teams.
• Leadership presence : Represent the firm's commitment to effective internal communications at senior leadership forums.
• Occasional travel within North America to support regional engagement activities.

Qualifications include :

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $200,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
