The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

Responsibilities

The Cardiovascular Coordinator is responsible for implementing and coordinating services and activities related to the Stroke Center, Primary Heart Attack Center, and other certifications.

Serves as a role model and resource to all staff and affiliates regarding the quality program.

Reports to the Director of Quality.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Registered Nurse with four years clinical experience

Preferred Job Requirements :

Cardio Vascular experience.

Accreditation experience a plus

One-year supervisory experience

Experience working with Joint Commission regulations
