Director Of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the preparation of construction drawings, permitting, contract administration, and the review of RFIs and submittals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control and assurance of all deliverables, working closely with project managers and production staff on both prototypical and custom projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, permitting, and entitlements.
• Manage contract administration, addenda, and construction bulletins.
• Review RFIs and submittals, closeouts, and warranty reviews.
• Assign workload and adjust staffing needs based on project requirements.
• Ensure efficiency in project deliverables through strategic planning.
• Direct and assist project managers and production staff.
• Apply expert knowledge of materials and technical detail solutions.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role with travel requirements primarily in the Chicago and Midwest regions. The work schedule is based on a 40-hour week with flexible start and finish times to accommodate travel and personal life. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
