The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, establishing the budgets and schedules of the projects in their department, and reporting metrics and statuses to the Technical Manager and the customer. They will provide leadership and direction to their direct reports and overall teams in terms of technical and non-technical guidance. They also will be responsible for helping to grow the business and execute the current work-flow.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• The supervisor will manage 7 to 10 direct reports, primarily engineers, handling day-to-day issues, challenges, and PTO.
• The supervisor is responsible for ensuring projects are executed properly, with well-thought-out designs and adherence to quality standards.
• The supervisor will also be involved in updating and improving operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• The supervisor will provide guidance on project direction, ensuring the execution team is prepared and aligned with project goals.
• The supervisor will mentor team members, addressing questions and providing support to enhance their skills and performance.
• The supervisor may get involved in QAQC tasks, ensuring project quality and adherence to standards.
• The supervisor will have some responsible charge tasks, overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with requirements.

This is a contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $60.10 - $72.11 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
