Job Summary

The Center for Brain Health is dedicated to advancing research, education, and clinical care in the field of neuroscience. Come work in a department where flexibility is valued and supported. We encourage coordinators to work together to support both the team and their own well-being. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and physicians in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and able to work independently, demonstrates high quality of work, communicates effectively, is reliable with strong attendance, stays organized, and thrives in a team setting. This role will provide critical administrative support, allowing our team to focus on advancing the field of brain health.

A caregiver in this position works M-F, from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. No holidays or weekends.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as a liaison with external clients.
• Coordinate various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff, PTO and patient information.
• Prepare, provide analysis for and implement special studies and projects.
• Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Process messages and tasks in Epic in-baskets
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Use DocuSign for electronic document handling
• Handle OnBase for fax management and document storage
• Retrieve and organize medical records
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Update and maintain the staff outdate calendar
