Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team, specializing in the production of custom indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as bike racks. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery including the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, and Hydraulic Press, while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Marvel Saw, Punch Press, Hydraulic Press, and other machinery.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work with mild steel and perform multiple runs and jobs in a job shop environment.
• Program machines as required.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00 / yr. All OT is voluntary. Direct hire. Family owned and the owner is very approachable and on the shop floor at times. 3-5% annual raises. Very laid back and relaxed work environment. Clean and organized facility and shop. 10% 2nd shift premium. Tuition reimbursement.
