Job Title : Registered Nurse – Trauma Operating Room (OR RN)

Location : Miami, FL

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) | Rotating Weekends

Pay Range : $39.57 – $53.34 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and comprehensive perioperative nursing care to trauma and surgical patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure safe, effective procedures.
  • Maintain sterile and aseptic techniques at all times.
  • Monitor and document patients’ status during surgical procedures.
  • Participate in emergency interventions as required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with hospital standards and policies.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly when needed.

    • Requirements

  • Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License (must meet Florida licensing requirements).
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing .
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Minimum 2 years of trauma or operating room experience in an acute care setting required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
