3. Pace, FL 32571 - G-tube / Trach / Vent when sleeping / Peds, Fri & Sat 8p-8a, Sun 8p-5 : 30a, 8 : 00p-8 : 00a Fri / Sat & 8 : 00p-5 : 30a Sunday - $32-$34 / hr

4. Destin, FL 32541 - Peds G-tube / Trach / Vent, 3-2-2-3 schedule (rotating weekends), 7p-7a - $35 / hr

5. Defuniak Springs, FL 32433 - G-tube / Trach / Vent, Wed-Sat Nights, MUST BE COMPETENT IN G-tube, Trach, and Vent, 7 : 00p-7 : 00a - $35-40 / hr LPN, $45-50 / hr RN
