Overview

The Ash Group is hiring an Event Marketing Specialist for our client, a pioneering technology company providing hardware, software, and services that transform and improve productivity across industries. This is an onsite 5-month contract role based in Westminster, CO, offering a pay rate of $26.00 per hour. Joining the Revenue Marketing team, you will focus on the end-to-end execution of events designed to drive measurable revenue growth and support high-level business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help plan and execute corporate events with a focus on revenue-driving outcomes and lead generation.

Manage foundational event logistics, including vendor communications, site coordination, and the end-to-end event lifecycle.

Utilize event management tools and platforms to handle operational tasks such as registration management, email communications, and attendee tracking.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, to ensure seamless coordination and effective post-event lead follow-up.

Ensure all event touchpoints align with corporate brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging and representation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in event marketing or coordination.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in event management software and platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar) for registration and tracking.

Revenue Mindset : A detail-oriented individual who understands how events translate into quantifiable business growth.

Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge marketing activities and sales execution.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
