Building on its global portfolio of OUD treatments, Indivior has a pipeline of product candidates designed to expand on its heritage in this category. Headquartered in the United States in Richmond, VA, Indivior employs approximately 500 individuals globally.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of IT to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Commercial Applications, Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, enhancing commercial effectiveness, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following :

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the IT roadmap for Commercial Applications, BI, and AI aligned with corporate and commercial business strategies.
• Partner with Commercial, Data Science, and Analytics leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.
