The Sr. Project Manager works in partnership with the field leadership team to ensure we deliver a safe, high quality and profitable project to our clients. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the client and ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget. The PM will have expert knowledge of the contract specifications and will be responsible for providing the senior management team with project status updates and profit projections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules, including CPM updates and analysis
• Thoroughly review submittals and ensure compliance with documentation processes and procedures
• Monitor invoice processing and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Approve subcontractor payment requisitions and lead project coordination meetings
• Fully support the Quality Engineer and Safety Engineer and participate in project audits
• Ensure shop drawing & As-Built drawing development proceeds as scheduled
• Mentor project team in contractual obligation requirements and evaluate construction methods
• Assist with estimating bids and proposals and participate in technical discussions
• Function as the team leader and provide guidance and support to the team
• Evaluate data for anomalies and concerns and assess potential outcomes
• Coordinate with legal to ensure team follows contractual obligations and notification requirements
