About The Position

A Trauma Level II hospital in Colorado is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon for locums coverage in September 2025.

📅 Dates Needed :

Sept 15 (7a) – Sept 18 (7a)

Coverage Details :

24-hour call (includes 4 gratis hours, 7a–7a)

Surgical treatment of blunt and other vascular trauma

Required Procedures : Abdominal Open / Endovascular

EMR : EPIC

Support Staff : None

Average Call Back : 6–8 hrs

🛫 Travel & Lodging :

Air travel & hotel provided

Travel exceptions must be submitted with provider presentation

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery – Required

Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) – Required

Active DEA – Required (must remain active for duration of assignment)

Must be available for all September dates – Required

Must complete EMR training modules prior to start – Required

Clean malpractice / background – Required for quick credentialing
