Work Setting Experience Required : Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Room

General Skills Experience Preferred : IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Biopsies

CT Procedure Experience Required : Abdomen, Pelvis, Head / Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, CTAs

Description :

The position is for a Cat Scan CT Tech.

The shift is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 06 : 30 to 19 : 00.

Every fourth Saturday and Sunday is also required.

The daily caseload per tech is approximately 60 patients.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

The candidate must have experience with a variety of procedures, including Abdomen without and / or with contrast and Coronary CTA.

Experience in performing biopsies and aspirations is preferred.

The candidate should be familiar with PACS and the preparation and administration of contrast media.

The role involves working with a diverse patient population, including infants and geriatrics.

The department consists of 2 rooms.

There are no parking costs.

Compliance with vaccination requirements will be followed.

All travelers will float within the service line.

References are preferred at the time of submission.

The candidate must have completed required background checks and licensing compliance.
