Job Summary

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of mechanical systems at a large-scale industrial site. This role centers on rotating machinery and supports broader mechanical integrity and reliability initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and blowers.
• Support maintenance and reliability teams with condition monitoring data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ensure mechanical integrity compliance through documentation, audits, and procedure development.
• Lead root cause failure analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, replacements, and installations.
• Review specifications for new equipment and recommend selections, including spare parts.
• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs for critical assets.
• Assist with planning and execution of site shutdowns, turnarounds, and special projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Provide off-hours technical support for urgent mechanical issues as needed.
