Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a full time team member with Monday through Friday availability.

Duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• Processing accounts payable invoices for payment
• Post accounting entries for vehicle sales, service and parts
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Process vehicle loan payoffs
• Prepare daily deposits
• Post accounting entries for internal sales
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts
• Research errors and make appropriate corrections
• Compile and process bank contracts, vehicle title and registration documents
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a positive "can do" attitude.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and staff.
• Ability to learn dealership software program.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Google Software.
• Previous accounting experience or accounting degree required.
• Automotive accounting experience preferred.
