The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care to acutely and critically ill patients in a dynamic and technically advanced setting. This role requires strong critical thinking, assessment, and coordination skills to support comprehensive, patient-centered care. Essential Job Functions Deliver care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions. Perform complex assessments to detect subtle or sudden changes in condition. Collaborate with an interprofessional team to plan and coordinate patient care. Monitor and manage life-support equipment and administer critical medications as needed.
