The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins.

Your Purpose & General Responsibilities :

• Embody the Olympus Property Core Values : Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family, Fun
• Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins
• Repair or replace plumbing / sink / shower / toilet fixtures
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
• Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
• Wash and treat surfaces
• Remove mildew
• Sand and adhere finishes
• Complete various work orders as needed
• Calculate required materials and estimate costs

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.) : $20 - $22 / per hour
