We are searching for a LEAD DESIGNER. We function in a hybrid work environment and support flexibility between work and home life.

Position Summary :

Conceptualize, design, and oversee all aspects of the exterior and interior design, ensuring the aesthetic expectations are maintained. Scope will be from conceptualization through project closeout. This team member must be able to develop strong client relationships.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years in the hospitality design industry

Bachelors degree in interior design, Interior Architecture or equivalent

Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency with SketchUp and 3D rendering software

Strong creative design and drawing skillset, 3D modeling, illustration abilities

Strong understanding of commercial / contract grade materials and finishes

Assist with design development, including space planning and FFE choices / selections

Strong creative design and drawing skillset, 3D modeling abilities

Construction administration shop drawing review and project deliverables

Work proficiency and real world knowledge of the design process, principles, construction methods, and creating detailed construction drawings with proper notation for permit.

The pay range for this role is : $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
