The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and Skilled Tradesperson to join our remodeling team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in residential construction who enjoy working in a collaborative, high-quality environment. You will contribute directly to the success of remodeling projects, working alongside project leads, carpenters, electricians, and other trades to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled construction work, including carpentry, installation, repairs, and finishing tasks.
• Collaborate with project leads, designers, and other trades to ensure projects meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
