We've built a repeatable sales motion, voice AI is booming right now, and the best part is watching prospects get wow'd by the demo.

Job Description :

• Build the first outbound motion for Hyperbound with the founders
• Be the tip of the spear for Hyperbound's growth — turning high-intent inbound and targeted outbound into qualified pipeline for six-figure deals
• Work directly with legendary Belal Batrawy to design and run a modern outbound motion (no "smile & dial" hell here — we mean creative, high-quality, targeted plays)
• Collaborate daily with the founders directly to test, iterate, and scale what's working
• Own your territory — from research to outreach to booking meetings with senior executives at large mid-market & enterprise companies
• Help define the BDR playbook from scratch and be a core part of building the outbound engine that will fuel our next stage of growth

Compensation : $120K OTE ($80k base + $40k variable) + Cash bonuses / Accelerators + Equity
