Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Talent Development Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide initiatives for career development and inclusion. This role is a critical driver of our talent strategy, focusing on defining our career development philosophy and providing strategic leadership for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) network. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader who can design intuitive, business-relevant solutions that foster a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.
While centered on career development and ERGs, this role provides broad exposure to the full talent lifecycle, involving you in performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development to ensure a cohesive employee experience.

Network Strategy : Provide strategic guidance and structure for the Employee Resource Group (ERG) network to maximize its impact on inclusion and business objectives Operational Support : Support ERG leaders in aligning their initiatives with broader talent development and development goals
