Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Focused on driving new commercial business and revenue growth. This producer will win new clients through self-generated leads, referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement, while partnering internally to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Hit annual new business revenue goals
- Generate and convert leads (including surety bond opportunities)
- Build strong referral networks and COI relationships
- Cross-sell with internal teams to drive growth
- Run consistent first appointments and manage a strong pipeline
- Communicate insurance solutions clearly to non-insurance buyers
- Track activity and follow-ups in CRM
- Partner with account management for smooth client transitions
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
- Background in Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or generalist books
- Proven track record of financial success
- Self-motivated, organized, relationship-driven
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Active insurance license and college degree preferred
