Founded by Dr. Rick Serola, a chiropractor, the company emerged from research on biomechanics and muscle strength following sacroiliac stabilization. Today, Serola's affordable products are used globally to alleviate pain and prevent injuries.

Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day flow of our business — from inventory and purchasing to shipping coordination and process support.

This role is hands-on and cross-functional. You'll help keep operations running smoothly and jump in where needed across departments when workloads shift. Think of it as the backbone role that keeps our logistics and inventory tight and our customers happy.

This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of operational processes and work independently to keep daily business activities running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily order processing, shipments, and receiving activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy — cycle counts, adjustments, Sage 100 updates.
• Support purchasing — quotes, POs, supplier follow-ups.
• Work with shipping carriers (FedEx / UPS / USPS / freight) to track and troubleshoot deliveries.
• Assist with product labeling, packaging, and compliance processes.
• Maintain operational records and reporting.
• Jump in to support cross-department needs when things get busy (incl. customer service support as needed).
• Suggest and help implement process improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $48,000 — $52,000 per year

(Depending on experience — supportive operational role, not a management position)
