Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Tucson, AZ 85741 – Arizona healthcare jobs Assignment Length : 13 weeks (travel nurse contract) Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Hours per Week : 36 (full-time nursing job) Float Pool : Float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 (preferred start within 2 weeks of offer) Weekend Requirement : 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Facility may consider a 48-hour guarantee Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience Prior telemetry experience required Willingness to float between departments and healthcare facilities Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care to Med / Surg Telemetry patients using the nursing process Utilize critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe patient care Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing nursing education Delegate patient care tasks based on staff qualifications and experience Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel Float between multiple Tucson healthcare facilities and departments as needed Experience the unique charm of Tucson, AZ—renowned for its breathtaking mountain views, vibrant arts scene, and endless outdoor activities.
