As a key player in our growth strategy, you will lead client acquisition efforts for our premium services, where individual treatment packages can range from $10,000 to $100,000 per patient. Leveraging our database of over 11,000 qualified leads from individuals who have previously expressed interest in our offerings, you will focus on converting prospects into clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building. This on-site role, based near Brickell in Miami, demands a super high-end healthcare salesperson mindset, combining sales expertise with marketing savvy and occasional administrative support to drive revenue and support executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential clients through direct outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions to generate new business, emphasizing our specialized treatments in pain management, wellness, longevity, addiction recovery, and regenerative therapies for joints like shoulders and other body areas.
- Make daily sales calls to schedule clinic tours, present customized treatment packages, and perform diligent follow-ups to close high-value deals, aiming to convert our extensive 11,000+ lead database into active patients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress from initial contact to successful enrollment in programs that can yield significant commissions based on treatment values of $10,000 to $100,000 per patient.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with medical professionals, doctors, and specialists to establish a strong referral network for our concierge services.
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers, luxury property managers, and high-net-worth communities near Brickell to create exclusive offerings, such as tailored wellness packages for new residents.
- Become an expert in our financial models, confidently communicating the ROI and value of our memberships and therapies to affluent clients seeking premium, regenerative healthcare solutions.
Marketing & PR
Collaborate with our external PR agency to align on campaigns, manage timelines, and amplify brand visibility in the luxury wellness space.Contribute to branding efforts, including the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that highlight our focus on pain management, longevity, addiction treatment, and regenerative procedures.Draft professional communications, such as emails and proposals, to attract new members and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring messaging resonates with high-end clientele.Executive & Personal Assistance
Offer occasional ad-hoc support to executive leadership and their family, such as coordinating scheduled pickups using a company vehicle (limited to no more than twice per week and expected to be infrequent).Qualifications & Required Skills

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a generous commission structure ranging from 3% to 10% on closed sales. Given the high-value nature of our treatments ($10,000 to $100,000 per patient), top performers in this role have the potential to earn $300,000 to $500,000+ in total compensation. This position does not include traditional benefits such as health insurance or retirement plans, but provides uncapped earning potential in a rewarding, high-growth environment. Access to a company vehicle is available for assigned tasks.
