Design & User Experience
Lead The Product Design Function To Deliver Intuitive, Accessible, And High-Impact Experiences Across Web And Mobile Interfaces.Drive UX Research And Testing To Ensure Clinical Workflows And Consumer Journeys Are Frictionless And Effective.Set Design Standards, Systems, And Governance To Support Scalable Growth.Product Delivery & Execution
Manage Cross-Functional Product Delivery Teams Including Product Managers, Designers, And Program Leads.Oversee Agile Execution, Ensuring Milestones Are Met On Time, On Budget, And With The Highest Quality.Implement Systems For Backlog Prioritization, Sprint Planning, And Feature Release Management.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner Closely With Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Operations, And Marketing To Build And Launch Safe, Compliant, And Effective Products.Communicate Product Vision, Requirements, And Timelines To Stakeholders At All Levels.Ensure Timely Documentation And Audit-Readiness For FDA, HIPAA, And Other Healthcare Compliance Needs.Team Management & Development

10+ Years Of Experience In Product Management, Product Design, And / Or Delivery Roles, Ideally In Healthcare, Healthtech, Or Regulated Industries.5+ Years Leading Cross-Functional Product Teams With Direct Reports Across Design And Delivery Functions.Proven Ability To Launch Complex Digital Products From Ideation To Scale.Strong Understanding Of User Experience Design, Systems Thinking, Agile Methodologies, And Product Lifecycle Management.Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Influence At The Executive Level.Experience With Regulated Environments (FDA, HIPAA, CLIA) Strongly Preferred.Bachelor's Degree Required; Advanced Degree In Design, Engineering, Business, Or Health-Related Field A Plus.Why Join eMed?
