We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team of insurance agents who specialize in internet leads. The office environment friendly, and a great fit for a hard-working candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internet lead processes, sales coaching, and the ability to produce new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving sales performance.
Compensation : Entry-level candidates' base salary ranges from $24,000-36,000 a year, with sales goals set to help you make up to, and over, $60,000 a year with uncapped commissions. Our top earners with Farmer's have earned over $100,000 a year with commissions!

Responsibilities
- Internet Lead Processes : Optimize internet lead processes to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer experience.
- Sales Development : Actively engage in producing business by working internet leads, identifying potential clients, and closing sales. Set an example for the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and achieving personal sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for lead generation and sales initiatives.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Working a pipeline for sales, with a focus on internet leads.Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team.Strong understanding of internet lead processes and best practices.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.Ability to produce business and meet sales targets.Communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
