Job Summary
Leads the inside sales function and works closely with Marketing to drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and revenue. Liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless coordination on demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and qualification strategies. Converts marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities for BPO solutions across key verticals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
Proven ability to lead and scale inside sales or demand generation teams, ideally across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, SDR / BDR models, and pipeline generation strategies.
Experience developing comprehensive outbound and inbound sales strategies.
Ability to set, track, and optimize KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
2. Demand Generation Expertise
Hands-on experience with lead nurturing, prospecting frameworks, account-based marketing (ABM), and multichannel campaigns.
Deep knowledge of demand generation tools and tactics (email marketing, content syndication, paid digital, events, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
Strong collaboration experience with marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
3. BPO Domain Knowledge
Understanding of the global BPO market : customer acquisition workflows, outsourcing models, CX services, and industry buying cycles.
Ability to articulate the value of BPO services to C-level stakeholders across industries.
4. CRM & Sales Tech Stack Skills
Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Experience with data enrichment, prospecting, and intent platforms.
Ability to use analytics tools for pipeline forecasting, segmentation, and performance reporting.
5. Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making
Strong skills in analyzing funnel metrics, forecasting revenue, and identifying trends.
Ability to leverage data to refine prospecting lists, optimize campaigns, and improve sales productivity.
6. Global Team & Stakeholder Management
Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating across different time zones and cultures.
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, revenue operations, and delivery teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external executive stakeholders.
7. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Experience building scalable inside-sales processes (cadences, qualification frameworks, handoff processes).
Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC).
Ability to design or improve sales playbooks, training programs, and onboarding plans.
8. Soft Skills & Leadership Traits

Education & Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is a strong plus, especially for global-scale roles.
Relevant professional certifications (optional but valuable) :
Sales Leadership or Sales Operations certifications (e.g., AA-ISP CSL, Salesforce certifications).
Marketing or demand generation certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketo Certified Expert).
Demonstrates strategic thinking by translating high-level business goals into clear, actionable operational roadmaps and priorities.
Provides data-driven leadership using metrics and insights to guide decisions, demonstrate impact, and drive accountability.
Serves as a change agent, driving organizational transformation and fostering adoption of new processes and technologies.
Acts as a collaborative partner, building trust and strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Account Management, and other enterprise functions.
Applies strong problem-solving skills to distill complexity into clear action steps and drive resolution on tough challenges.
