• Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations\n
• Support staff development and training\n
• Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration\n
• Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals\n
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment\n\nWhat You Bring : \n
• AZ RN license + current CPR certification\n
• Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred)\n
• 2+ years of clinical RN experience (Med Surg / floor experience a plus)\n
• Strong communication and decision-making skills\n
