Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Design Engineer - Client Operations & GTM.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components

Lead design reviews with client stakeholders and translate feedback into rapid iterations

Prototype new microsites and AI-assisted design workflows for potential business offerings

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing and building production quality web or product experiences

A portfolio showcasing world-class aesthetics, clarity in interaction, and shipped code

Fluency in Figma and at least one front-end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar)

Ability to juggle brand storytelling with conversion-focused growth design

Experience with motion / 3D skills or prior ownership of a brand / design system is a bonus
