Job description

Security Officer - Financial Patrol

As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting professionally with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tuesday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Wednesday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Thursday 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sunday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols in and around the financial institution.
  • Support access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movement throughout the location.
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
