Two office location options : Choose between Darien, CT or Wilton, CT

Qualifications

Licensure

Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)

Training

APRN (Family, Adult / Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA

• Experience : Minimum 5 years in a primary care setting
