Epic Analyst with PB Certification

A company is looking for an Epic Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and requests, manage workqueues, and document system maintenance

Assist in implementation phases including requirements gathering, testing, and user support

Support upgrades, enhancements, and special projects through research, design, and documentation

Required Qualifications

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification

3-7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree

Proficiency with Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
