We are seeking skilled and caring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN and in compliance with physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and maintain care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medication management, and ongoing care needs.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
