Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top local talent through targeted channels.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to offers and onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Promote diversity, equity, and a positive candidate experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of remote recruitment strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Requirements :
Proven experience in recruitment (real estate or property sector preferred).In-depth knowledge of job market and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Bonus : Experience with executive or luxury sector searches.
