Kinaxis Engineer

San Jose CA

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement, configure, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse applications based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, IT, finance, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models , workbooks , alerts , dashboards , and custom scripts in RapidResponse.
  • Perform system and integration testing to ensure solutions meet performance and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Create technical documentation and user manuals for developed solutions.
  • Support data integration between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, etc.).
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering , Supply Chain , or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse development and support.
  • Hands-on experience in RapidResponse authoring , including configuring Resources , Workbooks , Sheets , Actions , and Alerts .
  • Experience with supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation / ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse certification preferred.
