Location : Metairie, Louisiana. The firm is a premiere property casualty firm with offices nationwide and a focus on innovative content creation for brand engagement.

What You’ll Do The Creative Content Specialist / Creator will drive our brand’s voice, visibility, and engagement across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include producing the Level Up Claims Podcast from start to finish (booking guests, recording, editing, writing show notes, generating short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.). You’ll also lead broader content efforts and publish regular posts across major social platforms.

This is a hands-on, production-forward role suited to someone with a strong background in video and audio content creation, a pulse on social media trends, and a collaborative spirit.

What You Need The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in content creation, video / audio production, or digital media, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and podcasting platforms like Riverside and Descript. They should have solid videography and photography skills across smartphone and DSLR / mirrorless workflows and be versed in content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven; able to work independently and collaboratively; effective communication; willing to travel on short notice for storm deployments and field content gathering.

Bonus points for candidates with agency or legal industry experience, drone or aerial video skills, storytelling or journalism, or graphic design proficiency using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Location : 100% in-office

Schedule : Typical hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Some weekend or after-hours work may be required for events or urgent content capture

Storm deployments may require 7–10+ days of travel per year
