Position : Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Manager

Location : Tulsa, OK

Reports To : COO

We are seeking a CMT Manager to join our growing team. This role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing field and laboratory testing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management (LMA) : Lead, manage, and hold accountable all field and lab personnel.
• Project Management : Oversee estimating, proposals, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• P&L Ownership : Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
• Safety Leadership : Promote and enforce a culture of safety across field and lab operations.
• Laboratory Management : Oversee daily operations of the materials testing lab to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Training & Certifications : Develop and support Field / Lab staff through training, certifications, and career advancement.
• Performance Metrics : Monitor and improve gross margins (GM%) across Field and Lab operations.
