Procurement Manager

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Procurement Manager for a fast-growing company with locations across GA & TN. The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing, vendor partnerships, and distribution strategy as the company scales across the Southeast.

Location : Stone Mountain, GA

Onsite : 100% onsite, M-F

Job Type : Direct Hire, Permanent

Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 annually

What You’ll Do :

• Build and lead procurement operations for specific product categories.

Negotiate with domestic and global vendors to secure quality, value, and reliability.

Oversee pricing accuracy, warehouse flow, and supplier performance.

Develop standardized processes, systems, and vendor onboarding programs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, finance, and operations to support performance and expansion.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Supply Chain).

Bilingual in Spanish and English – required.

5+ years’ procurement experience in retail, high-volume consumer goods purchasing and distribution.

2+ years leading teams; strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset to build from the ground up and travel 10–20%.
