Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Client located in Denver, Colorado is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for working with firm leadership and internal / external project teams to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities :

• Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Aligning project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with federal lease terms / client requirements.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and managing general contractor performance to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Liaising with tenant end-user government agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with federal lease specifications and quality standards.
