Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, serving as their go-to advisor for insurance needs.

Policy Customization : Develop personalized insurance solutions that align with client needs and goals.

Sales and Promotion : Actively promote and sell various insurance products, focusing on creating comprehensive coverage for clients.

Quote Preparation : Provide accurate and effective insurance quotes, guiding clients through plan options and benefits.

Customer Service : Manage inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Continuous Improvement : Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and insurance knowledge.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold a valid Property and Casualty License in the state of Ohio.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service : Proven ability in providing excellent customer service and fostering client relationships.

Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Dependability : Reliable and committed to working on-site in Westerville, Ohio.
