Job Title : Research Analyst

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay : $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive research on property deeds and related documents.

Analyze City Council Resolutions and historical records for relevant insights.

Utilize online search tools, including Google, for effective keyword searches.

Maintain focus and productivity during extended research sessions on the computer.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Background in real estate is highly desirable; familiarity with industry terminology will enhance effectiveness.

Previous experience in research or data analysis is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Excellent time management skills.

HS Diploma or GED
